Cornwall Park

													
Cornwall Park is a warm, friendly and welcoming home that provides specialist residential care and support for up to 30 older people and people living with dementia.
By getting to know the people we support we are able to offer an extensive activities programme that meet their different passions and interests, including one-to-one and group activities, such as arts and crafts, reminiscence sessions, quiz and games nights and sing-alongs. Cornwall Park is very much part of the local community and regularly welcome many visitor including volunteers and local schools into the home.
